One of the most valuable skills teenagers can learn these days is the art of leadership. 

With our proven knowledge and systems, we provide a framework leadership training and  for teenagers and young adults to help them prepare for the workplace and leadership roles in their community.

Focusing on empathy, goal-setting, organisation, team building, and self-development our program will prepare your teenager for the real-life challenge of the workplace.

Candidates who complete the Leadership Training may be considered for employment the following summer (age 15 minimum).

This is a small and limited program in which your teenager will receive daily training, given tasks and responsibilities scaled to their ability, and a progress report at the end of each week. Our camp trainees will also participate in many regular camp activities and their only job is to have as much fun as possible!

As a FULL SUMMER program which runs concurrently with our regular Summer Camp, please make sure your child is available for the at least six weeks of the summer holiday.
